Subperrinites denhami
Taxonomy
Properrinites denhami was named by Miller and Furnish (1940) [Properrinites bosei denhami]. Its type specimen is SUI 1407, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pasotex Pipeline Road, Hueco Mountains, which is in a Sakmarian carbonate limestone in the Hueco Formation of Texas.
It was recombined as Subperrinites denhami by Tharalson (1984) and Leonova (2002).
