Componocancer roberti
Taxonomy
Componocancer roberti was named by Feldmann et al. (2008). Its type specimen is YPM 221136, a cephalothorax, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is South of Duck Creek, which is in an Albian marine shale in the Shell Creek Shale Formation of Montana. It is the type species of Componocancer.
