Gravesia is a genus. It is not extant. Its type is Ammonites gigas. It is the type genus of Gravesiinae.
It was assigned to Aulacostephaninae by Mesezhnikov (1984); to Gravesiinae by Zeiss (1987); to Ammonoidea by Sepkoski (2002); and to Aulacostephanidae by Grigore and Marcu (2009).
