Taxonomy
Wellerellina chongqingensis was named by Shen et al. (1992). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Beifengjing Section, Bed 14, Zhongliang Hill, which is in a Changhsingian carbonate lime mudstone/mudstone in the Changxing Formation of China.
