Etoctenocystis bohemica

Taxonomy
Acanthocystites briareus was named by Barrande (1887). Its type specimen is OF 002 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Jince Formation, lower Zone 4, which is in a Cambrian deep subtidal shelf siltstone/shale in the Jince Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Etoctenocystis.

It was recombined as Etoctenocystis bohemica by Fatka and Kordule (1985); it was recombined as Etoctenocystis bohemicus by Fatka and Kordule (1985).
