Protodus jexi
Taxonomy
Protodus jexi was named by Woodward (1892). Its type specimen is NHM P6538, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Restigouche River Bridge, which is in a Pragian/Emsian marginal marine mudstone in the Campbellton Formation of Canada.
