Manoloviceras was named by Vasícek and Wiedmann (1994) [Sepkoski's age data: K Barr-l]. It is not extant. Its type is Hemibaculites saharievae.

It was assigned to Leptoceratoidinae by Vasícek and Wiedmann (1994).
