Helioentactinia aster
Taxonomy
Helioentactinia aster was named by Aitchison (1993). Its type specimen is GSWA F44082, a test, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pillara Range, SE of Menyous Gap, Canning Basin, which is in a Frasnian reef, buildup or bioherm shale/limestone in the Gogo Formation of Australia.
