Taxonomy
Coryphyllina rhaetica was named by Roniewicz (1995). Its type locality is Gosaukamm, Kesselwand-Rohrmoos/Schneckengraben, Austria, which is in a Rhaetian shallow subtidal marl/limestone in the Zlambach Formation of Austria. It is the type species of Coryphyllina.
