Holcocystis flexa

Anthozoa - Cystiphyllida - Cystiphyllidae

Mesophyllum flexum was named by Stumm (1937). Its type specimen is USNM 94462 and is a 3D body fossil. It is the type species of Holcocystis.

It was recombined as Holcocystis flexa by Pedder (2004).
