Columellophora velimensis

Taxonomy
Columellophora velimensis was named by Eliasova (1989). Its type locality is Velim (Polypiers), Czechia, which is in a Turonian carbonate limestone in the Bila hora Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Columellophora.
