Pseudocosmoceras is a genus. It is not extant. Its type is Cosmoceras michalskii.

It was assigned to Parkinsoniidae by Arkell et al. (1957) and Besnosov and Mitta (1993); and to Ammonoidea by Sepkoski (2002).
