Portlandia (Yoldiella) nielseni was named by Schnetler (2001). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sundkrogen 4, Selandian, Denmark, which is in a Selandian marginal marine claystone in the Lellinge Greensand Formation of Denmark.
