Campylognathoides liasicus

Taxonomy
Campylognathoides liasicus was named by Quendtedt (1858). Its type specimen is GPIT 9533, a set of limb elements (Disarticulated limb bones), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wittberg, Metzingen, which is in a Toarcian marine shale in the Posidonia Shale Formation of Germany.
