  • Tellina lintea was named by Conrad (1837) [DISTRIBUTION: Plesitocene-Recent; Western Atlantic.]. It is extant.

    It was recombined as Quadrans lintea by Richards (1962); it was synonymized subjectively with Merisca aequistriata by Hendy et al. (2008).
