Sunnybatrachus purbeckensis
Taxonomy
Sunnybatrachus purbeckensis was named by Evans and McGowan (2002). Its type specimen is DORCM GS159, a limb element (subadult right partial ilium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sunnydown Farm Quarry (clay: upper horizon; equivalent to DB 102/103 ), which is in a Berriasian/Berriasian lacustrine - small limestone/claystone in the Lulworth Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Sunnybatrachus.
