Taxonomy
Isogramma scotica was named by Brand (1970). It is not extant. Its type specimen is GSM 93080, a partial skeleton (Brachial valve). Its type locality is Clattering Well Quarry, Balnet Hill, Fife, which is in a Visean carbonate limestone in the Charlestown Main Formation of the United Kingdom.
