Eoazhdarcho liaoxiensis
Taxonomy
Eoazhdarcho liaoxiensis was named by Lü and Ji (2005). Its type specimen is GMN-03-11-002, a partial skeleton (Incomplete skeleton with lower jaw), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Chaoyang pterosaurs (PROXY), which is in an Aptian lacustrine horizon in the Jiufotang Formation of China.
It was synonymized subjectively with Chaoyangopterus zhangi by Zhou and Wang (2010).
