Ayllusuchus fernandezi

Taxonomy
Ayllusuchus fernandezi was named by Gasparini (1984). Its type specimen is M.L.P. 72-IV-4-2, a partial skull (snout and posterior part of skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Confluence of the Laguna and Casa Grande Rivers, Mina Aguilar, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial horizon in the Lumbrera Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Ayllusuchus.
