Vassaroceras henrietta
Taxonomy
Orthoceras henrietta was named by Dwight (1884). It is not extant. Its type locality is Rochdale, which is in a Stairsian shallow subtidal reef rocks in the Rochdale Formation of New York. It is the type species of Vassaroceras.
It was recombined as Vassaroceras henrietta by Ulrich et al (1944).
