Taxonomy
Junggarsuchus was named by Clark et al. (2004). It is not extant. Its type is Junggarsuchus sloani.
It was assigned to Crocodilomorphi by Clark et al. (2004) and Fiorelli and Calvo (2008); to Crocodylomorpha by Irmis et al. (2013); and to Solidocrania by Ruebenstahl et al. (2022).
