Jaspidella cofacorys
Taxonomy
Olivella cofacorys was named by Gardner (1937). Its type specimen is USNM 328665, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS Loc. 2213 - Baileys Ferry, which is in a Burdigalian marine marl/sandstone in the Chipola Formation of Florida.
It was recombined as Jaspidella cofacorys by Drez (1981).
