Ectocion nanabeensis
Taxonomy
Ectocion nanabeensis was named by Beard and Dawson (2009). Its type specimen is YPM-PU 23985, a tooth (right P4), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Red Hot, which is in a Wasatchian estuary/bay sandstone in the Tuscahoma Formation of Mississippi.
