Stegodibelodon schneideri

Taxonomy
Stegodibelodon schneideri was named by Coppens (1972). Its type specimen is not listed, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kolinga, which is in a Pliocene terrestrial horizon in Chad. It is the type species of Stegodibelodon.
