Taxonomy
Adegokeastrea ewekoroensis was named by Ogbe (1976). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ewekoro Quarry, which is in a Selandian open shallow subtidal packstone in the Ewekoro Formation of Nigeria. It is the type species of Adegokeastrea.
