Anadara (Rasia) honensis

Taxonomy
Arca (Scapharca) honensis was named by Olsson (1922). Its type specimen is USNM 646779, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hone Creek, which is in a Piacenzian marine siliciclastic in the Banano Formation of Costa Rica.

It was recombined as Anadara honensis by Olsson (1922); it was recombined as Anadara (Rasia) honensis by Woodring (1973) and Hendy et al. (2008).
