Eunema speciosum was named by Whiteaves (1892). It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Longstaffia speciosum by Radabaugh (1942); it was recombined as Nodonema speciosum by Wagner (1999); it was recombined as Kitikamispira speciosum by Wagner (2017).
