Stenomylini

Mammalia - Ungulata - Camelidae

Taxonomy
Stenomylini was named by Prothero (1996) [Prothero 1996 uses Stenomylini as a tribe, reduced Stenomylini Matthew 1910 to tribe rank, but also uses Matthew's (1910) Stenomylinae, so I attribute Stenomylini as a new taxon to Prothero (1996). Stenomylini was also used as a "division" (above the subfamily level) by Frick 1937, but not related to this tribe-level name.].

It was assigned to Stenomylinae by Prothero (1996), Honey et al. (1998) and Cassiliano (2008).
