Thuroholia cribriformis
Taxonomy
Thuroholia cribriformis was named by Gutschick (1954). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Holotype USNM 123572, paratypes USNM 123573a,b and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is quarry of the Medusa Portland Cement, Rock River, Dixon, Lee County, which is in a Blackriveran marine wackestone in the Mifflin Formation of illinois.
