Elongatoolithus chichengshanensis
Taxonomy
Elongatoolithus chichengshanensis was named by Fang et al. (2003). It is considered to be a form taxon. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chengguan 2, Tiantai, which is in a Cenomanian/Turonian terrestrial horizon in the Chichengshan Formation of China.
It was recombined as Coralloidoolithus chichengshanensis by Wang et al. (2012).
