Taxonomy
Calclamnoidea crassomarginata was named by Kristan-Tollmann (1972). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Holotype H 37, coll. Kristan-Tollmann, Geologisches Institut der Universität Wien and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sénargent, Haute-Sâone, which is in a Ladinian shallow subtidal grainstone in the Calcaire à Entroques Formation of France.
