Taxonomy
Priscopedatus angulatus was named by Deflandre-Rigaud (1946). It is considered to be a form taxon.

It was recombined as Calclamnoidea angulata by Frizzell and Exline (1955); it was recombined as Cucumarites angulatus by Deflandre-Rigaud (1962).
