Etheridgella biconvexa

Taxonomy
Etheridgella biconvexa was named by Summerson and Campbell (1958). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Holotype No. TC 97, University of Kentucky and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cow Creek, Prestonsburg, Floyd County, which is in a Pennsylvanian marine shale in the Breathitt Formation of Kentucky.
