Hadrokkosaurus bradyi

Taxonomy
Taphrognathus bradyi was named by Welles (1947). Its type specimen is UCMP 36199, a mandible (right mandibular ramus lacking only the articular), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Holbrook quarry, UCMP V3922, which is in an Aegean/Bithynian fine channel fill siltstone in the Moenkopi Formation of Arizona. It is the type species of Taphrognathus.

It was recombined as Hadrokkosaurus bradyi by Welles (1957), Warren and Marsicano (2000), Schoch and Milner (2000) and Ruta and Bolt (2008).
