Taxonomy
Spiriferina kiparisovae was named by Dagys (1965). Its type specimen is IGiG 262/118 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Suputinka River, Primorye, which is in a Tuvalian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
