Tongzithyris episulcata
Taxonomy
Tongzithyris episulcata was named by Jin et al. (1974). Its type specimen is NIGP 22501, a shell (Articulated shell), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chumipu Section, Tongzi County, which is in a Changhsingian carbonate limestone in the Changxing Formation of China.
