Taxonomy

Quadricaulis was named by Caridroit and De Wever (1986). Its type is Quadricaulis femoris.

It was assigned to Ormistonellidae by De Wever et al. (2001) and Noble et al. (2017).

Raciditor was named by Sugiyama (2000).

It was synonymized subjectively with Quadriremis by O'Dogherty et al. (2009); it was synonymized subjectively with Quadricaulis by Noble et al. (2017).

It was assigned to Ormistonellidae by Thassanapak (2015).
Nazarovella was named by De Wever and Caridroit (1984) [Sepkoski's age data: P Leon P Guad-u Sepkoski's reference number: 1007]. Its type is Nazarovella tetrafurcata.

It was synonymized subjectively with Quadriremis by O'Dogherty et al. (2009); it was synonymized subjectively with Quadricaulis by Noble et al. (2017).

It was assigned to Ormistonellidae by De Wever et al. (2001); and to Spumellaria by Sepkoski (2002).
Quadriremis was named by Nazarov and Ormiston (1985) [Sepkoski's age data: C Step-u P Guad Sepkoski's reference number: 535]. Its type is Quadriremis gliptoacus.

It was synonymized subjectively with Nazarovella by De Wever et al. (2001); it was synonymized subjectively with Quadricaulis by Noble et al. (2017).

It was assigned to Spumellaria by Sepkoski (2002); and to Ormistonellidae by O'Dogherty et al. (2009).
