Semipetasus signatus
Taxonomy
Semipetasus signatus was named by Sohn (1954). Its type specimen is USNM 118411 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM703a, Old Word Ranch, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Road Canyon Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Semipetasus.
