Euchondria sinensis

Taxonomy
Aviculopecten sinensis was named by Frech (1911). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ta-pa-shan profile near Tshau-tiƫn, epsilon unit , which is in a Capitanian marine limestone/mudstone in the Maokou Formation of China.

It was recombined as Euchondria sinensis by Zhang (1977) and Fang (1987).
