Towapteria nipponica

Taxonomy
Towapteria nipponica was named by Nakazawa and Newell (1968). It is a mold. Its type locality is Tenjinnoki, Maiya, which is in a Wordian marine sandstone in the Tenjinnoki Formation of Japan. It is the type species of Towapteria.
