Ananias conglobata
Taxonomy
Pleurotomaria conglobata was named by Wanner (1922). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Basleo (Wanner collection), which is in an Artinskian marine horizon in Indonesia.
It was recombined as Yvania conglobata by Wanner (1942); it was recombined as Pleurotomaria (Plocostoma) conglobata by Reed (1944); it was recombined as Ananias conglobata by Wagner (2023).
