Almenia spinosa

Taxonomy
Almenia spinosa was named by Hou and Bergström (1997). It is not extant. Its type locality is Maotianshan, unit M3, which is in an Atdabanian marginal marine mudstone in the Qiongzhusi Formation of China. It is the type species of Almenia.
