Taxonomy
Paragastrioceras kobylkense was named by Borissenkov (2010). Its type specimen is MP SPbGU 2/48 and is a mold. Its type locality is Kobylka River, Outcrop 14, which is in a Kungurian open shallow subtidal siltstone/limestone in the Russian Federation.
