Taxonomy
Paratrematoceras ornatum was named by Schastlivtseva (1981). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dolomitdal, Clavering Ø, which is in a Wuchiapingian carbonate limestone in the Wegener Halvo Formation of Greenland.
