N. N. Kalandadze and A. G. Sennikov 1985 | Large dicynodont. Nasal bone large, thick, and rounded-rhombic in outline. Lateral thickening thick and ridge-like. Longitudinal groove deep and sharply expressed. Vast median thickening reaches maximum thickness in region of suture between paired nasal bones. Dorsal surface of bone torulose, with largest tubercles located on thickenings. |
