Taxonomy
Guadalupia microcamera was named by Finks (2010). Its type specimen is AMNH 27950 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is AMNH512, Guadalupe Pass, Guadalupe Mountains, which is in a Roadian slope limestone in the Cherry Canyon Formation of Texas.
