Etheripecten leniusculus

Taxonomy
Pecten leniusculus was named by Dana (1847). Its type specimen is USNM 3644 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Illawarra District (USNM coll), which is in a Wordian coastal siliciclastic in the Gerringong Formation of Australia.

It was recombined as Etheripecten leniusculus by Waterhouse (1982), Waterhouse (1983) and Waterhouse (1988).
