Taxonomy
Arrhoges (Antarctohoges) arcuacheilos was named by Stilwell and Zinsmeister (1992). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is La Meseta Fm Telm 7, which is in a Priabonian estuary/bay sandstone in the La Meseta Formation of Antarctica.

It was recombined as Antarctohoges arcuacheilos by Hendy et al. (2008).
