Ravatichnus kotshnevi

Taxonomy
Ravatichnus kotshnevi was named by Gabuniya and Kurbatov (1988). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is AN UzSSR no. 1, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Ravat tracksite, which is in a Jurassic/Jurassic lagoonal sandstone/conglomerate in the Dzhirukut Formation of Tajikistan. It is the type species of Ravatichnus.
