Bentonyx sidensis
Taxonomy
Bentonyx sidensis was named by Langer et al. (2010). Its type specimen is BRSUG 27200, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pennington Point, 20 m east River Sid outfall, Fodonyx skull, which is in an Anisian fluvial sandstone in the Otter Sandstone Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Bentonyx.
